Tonya M. Clemons is an Administrative Law Judge with the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims appointed to the position in July 2020. She graduated from Hanover College in 2002 and the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2005. Prior to becoming an ALJ, she was in private practice. From 2008 through 2020, she practiced workers’ compensation representing corporations, self-insured businesses, and insurance companies.
