Judge Polites is a graduate of Tulane University and Chase College of Law. He has practiced Workers’ Compensation law since 1987 primarily representing claimants. He has served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims from 2012 to 2016 and 2020 to the present.
