Scott C. Wilhoit is the Deputy Commissioner for the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims overseeing administrative operations. He also assists with departmental legal guidance, regulatory implementation, and enforcement of alleged violations of the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act. Prior to joining the DWC, Scott has extensive practice in Workers’ Compensation and civil litigation across the Commonwealth at the hearing, trial, and appellate levels. He is a 1989 graduate of the University of Kentucky, College of Law and is admitted to practice in both federal and state courts in Kentucky and Indiana.
