Mr. Hamblin graduated from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1998. Mr. Hamblin was in private practice before joining the Department of Workers’ Claims in 2006 where he has held various titles, including General Counsel and his current title, Assistant General Counsel/Attorney Manager.
